Get involved in Time Turner!

Get noticed at our brand new Vintage Festival!
Put Sunday 16th September in your diary for our brand new Time Turner Festival! For the second weekend of the Heritage Open Days we’re going back in time and transforming the streets of St Albans City Centre through each decade of the 20th Century.
Each street will be themed to a different decade, forming a trail around the City Centre businesses with a wide variety of different activities available for the public to enjoy.
Get involved and take advantage of this great opportunity to showcase your business and brand’s personality!

Need some vintage inspiration? Here are a few ideas…
- What’s the history of your building, who lived there previously? What did they sell?
- Create a window display using props and costumes from that decade and/or print and display vintage posters from that era.
- Play some themed music. Iconic musicians/actors/celebrities from that decade? Who/What was number 1 in the charts …?
- Do you have a retro car/vehicle that we can use to line the streets to give the feel of that era?
