“You have worked closely with the Neighbourhood Policing Team and the Police and Crime Commissioners Office, securing funding for innovative crime prevention techniques. The BID has been a key partner in local projects including Op Hotspot and keeping town centres safe, communicating key messages and overseeing the use of Shop Safe radios to help local businesses, police and CCTV work together to keep people safe. This has been instrumental in the commencement of DISC to improve information sharing and help tackle crime and anti-social behaviour within the City Centre and have organised and run joint agency market stalls with police and partners.”
