Annual Report and Unaudited financial statements for the period ended 31 March 2018 can be found here: St Albans BID Filleted Accounts 17-18. If no comments or challenges are received from our Members by 22 June, these will be filed with Companies House. 

St Albans BID team are meeting with levy-paying businesses in the BID area to discuss the Business Plan and develop our Year 2 projects.

Year 1 projects include:

  • Enhanced entertainment at the Alban Street Festival
  • St Albans Motor Show
  • Pop up evening in George Street as part of the St Albans Food & Drink Festival 2017
  • Enhanced entertainment and engagement at the Christmas Lights Switch On
  • St Albans Christmas: an extensive marketing campaign, #StAlbansNutcrackerTrail and enhanced Christmas Lights on St Peter’s Street
  • Promotion of St Albans to our customers including residents, tourists and workers
  • Communicating with businesses including footfall data collection and distribution, newsletters and mailings

St Albans BID is delivered by businesses for businesses, with a BID office directed by a Board of representatives of the BID area. Effective governance of the BID is essential for clear decision-making and the ability for businesses to have their ideas become reality. St Albans BID Board meets regularly to ensure best practices and best value in all that we do. Levy payers are welcome to request information on Board decisions and relevant Board meeting minutes upon request.
