Offer Details
Enjoy 10% off any of our memberships as a BID card holder. But more than that, it means you can join a global community of people reaping the benefits of smart fitness. So what is smart fitness? At Bodystreet we combine a personal approach to training with smart Electro Muscle Stimulation (EMS) technology to deliver highly efficient workouts. Our tech suits make your muscles contract and relax 85 times every second, whilst you perform a series of low impact bodyweight exercises. Doing this for just 20-mins is the equivalent of 2 or even 3 hours of traditional training - making it great for busy business owners and their staff. What's next? Much as we can try and explain it, the best way to understand what it feels like is to come and give it a go. So come in for a trial and experience a session for yourself, where you'll also be able to get a better understanding of how hard your muscles will work.
