Collinson Hall would like to show their appreciation for any new business introductions by offering a £25 St Albans Gift Card as a "thank you". This would be for any new Landlords looking to rent a property, Vendors looking to sell, Blocks of flats looking for a new managing agent or a Commercial client which could be a landlord looking to find a new tenant or tenant (or landlord) looking for professional help with a Rent Review or Lease Renewal. We would ask that any people introduced to the company do formally instruct Collinson Hall to qualify for the Gift Card.
Redeem Details
Please let us have a note of your name, email address and telephone number along with your BID benefits card number at the time you make the introduction. We would also need to know who you have introduced and what the nature of the introduction is. We would appreciate as much information as you can give us but at a minimum a name, telephone number and brief outline of whether they are potential landlords, vendors, block management or commercial/professional services clients. Terms and Conditions
This offer is only open to holders of a valid St Albans BID Benefits Card. Any introductions need to be confirmed by the Collinson Hall office when the introduction is made. No introduction request will be accepted should a client already be in contact with Collinson Hall. The payment will only be made by means of the St Albans Gift Card. Collinson Hall reserves the right to withdraw the BID Benefits Loyalty Card new client introduction scheme at any time.
